Public Offer for Ticket Sales Services for Events

1. General Provisions

1.1. This document is a public offer from individual entrepreneur Dosmukhamed Zhumabaevich Zhaipanov, IIN 950502300948 (hereinafter — the "Contractor", "Organizer") and sets out all essential terms for organizing and holding entertainment events (stand-up shows), as well as the terms for selling tickets through the goodnightcomedy.kz website (hereinafter — the "Website").

1.2. In accordance with Article 395 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, this document constitutes a public offer. Paying for a ticket on the Website means full and unconditional acceptance of this offer by the Buyer.

1.3. The Contractor is the organizer of the events for which tickets are sold through the Website and bears full responsibility for holding them.

2. Terms and Definitions

• Ticket — an electronic document (including as a QR code) confirming the Buyer's right to attend the event.
• Buyer — an individual purchasing a ticket through the Website.
• Event — a stand-up show, whose date, time, venue, and lineup are shown on the Event page on the Website.

3. Subject of the Offer

3.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the Buyer with an electronic ticket granting admission to the Event specified in the ticket, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for the ticket as set out in Section 5.

3.2. The ticket is valid only for the specific date, time, and venue selected at purchase. It cannot be used more than once and may not be transferred for resale at a markup.

4. Order Procedure

4.1. To buy a ticket, the Buyer selects the Event and number of tickets, provides contact details (phone, e-mail), and pays using a method available on the Website.

4.2. After successful payment, the ticket is sent to the Buyer's specified e-mail.

4.3. The Contractor's obligation to deliver the ticket is considered fulfilled once the ticket is sent to the Buyer's e-mail.

5. Payment Procedure

5.1. Payment is made in Kazakhstani tenge (KZT) using one of the methods available on the Website: Visa/Mastercard via the Freedom Pay payment service, or other methods listed on the payment page.

5.2. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. The Buyer's card data is not shared with the Contractor and is not stored on the Website.

5.3. The order is considered paid once funds reach the Contractor's account or the payment provider confirms a successful transaction.

6. Ticket and Money Refunds

6.1. Cancellation or rescheduling initiated by the Contractor. If the Event is cancelled, the Contractor will refund the Buyer the full ticket price within 10 business days of the cancellation announcement. If the Event is rescheduled, the ticket stays valid for the new date; the Buyer may decline the ticket and request a full refund within 5 days of the rescheduling announcement.

6.2. Cancellation by the Buyer. The Buyer may cancel a ticket and request a refund no later than 48 hours before the Event starts. After this deadline, or in case of a no-show, the ticket price is non-refundable.

6.3. Refunds are made using the same method as the original payment, within 10 banking days of the Contractor receiving the Buyer's confirmed refund request.

6.4. To request a refund, the Buyer submits a request by e-mail or via the contacts in Section 9, stating the order number and reason for the refund.

7. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

7.1. The Contractor undertakes to:

• hold the Event on the announced date, time, and venue (except in cases of force majeure);
• provide the Buyer with a correct and valid ticket;
• inform the Buyer of any changes relating to the Event.

7.2. The Buyer undertakes to:

• provide accurate contact details when placing an order;
• present the ticket (electronically or printed) upon entry to the Event;
• follow the venue's rules for attending the Event.

8. Liability of the Parties

8.1. The Contractor is not liable if the Buyer cannot attend the Event for reasons beyond the Contractor's control (being late, losing the ticket, inaccurate data, etc.).

8.2. Age and other audience restrictions (if any) are shown on the page of the specific Event.

8.3. In the event of force majeure (including decisions by government authorities), the parties are released from liability for failure to fulfil their obligations under this offer.

10. Term of the Offer

10.1. The offer takes effect upon publication on the Website and remains valid until withdrawn by the Contractor.

10.2. The Contractor may amend the terms of the offer unilaterally by publishing a new version on the Website.
