Payment methods
Payment on the site is made online by Visa or Mastercard bank card through the secure payment service Freedom Pay.
How it works
- Choose the show, date, and number of tickets.
- Provide your contact details (phone, e-mail).
- Proceed to payment — you'll be redirected to the payment provider's secure page.
- Enter your card details. We don't see or store your card data — payment is processed by the provider under the PCI DSS security standard.
- After successful payment, the ticket will arrive at your e-mail within a few minutes.
Payment currency — Kazakhstani tenge (KZT).
Ticket refunds
If the show is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer. We will refund the full ticket price within 10 business days. If the date is rescheduled, the ticket automatically remains valid for the new date; if the new date doesn't suit you, let us know and we'll process a refund.
If you change your mind about attending. You can cancel your ticket and get a refund no later than 48 hours before the show starts. To do this, e-mail us at dosmukhamed.zhaipanov@gmail.com with your order number.
After the deadline above, as well as in case of a no-show, the ticket price is non-refundable.
Money is refunded to the same card used for payment, within 10 banking days from confirmation of the refund request.
