Bank card data is not collected or stored by the Operator — payments are processed directly by the payment provider Freedom Pay under the PCI DSS security standard.

3. Purposes of Processing
Personal data is processed for the purposes of:
- issuing and delivering the ticket to the Buyer;
- contacting the Buyer about order matters (including if the Event is cancelled or rescheduled);
- processing refunds;
- improving the Website.

4.1. Data may be shared with the payment provider Freedom Pay solely to process payment.
4.2. The Operator does not share personal data with third parties for other purposes, except as required by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
